policy addresses how Flashcard Friends handles personal
information that Flashcard Friends collects and receives,
including information related to your past use of Flashcard
Friends services. Personal information is information about you
that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email
address, or phone number, that is not otherwise publicly

Collection and Use
Flashcard
Friends collects personal information when you register with
Flashcard Friends and during your use of Flashcard Friends’
services.
When you
register we ask for personal information about you (e.g. your
email address). Once you register with Flashcard Friends and sign
in to our services, you may no longer be anonymous to us.
Flashcard
Friends automatically receives and records information on our
server logs from your browser, including your IP address,
Flashcard Friends cookie information, and the page you request.
Flashcard
Friends may use this information for the following general
purposes: to tailor the advertising and content you see, inform
you about new and unread items, improve our services, conduct
research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and
external clients.
Our web
logs store web log entries for each page served, including IP
address, page URL, and timestamp.
If
Flashcard Friends goes out of business we will not sell or
otherwise make your personal information available to any entity.
Our service uses basic webserver
authentication. Log-out of the system or close your browser to
ensure that the next person to use the computer cannot masquerade
as you.

only to the acquiring company, if Flashcard Friends is acquired by
or merged with another company. In this event, Flashcard Friends
